    2busy2mingle.com is an online membership registration platform. Upon receiving payment, the member's registration will be processed and approved instantly. An invoice will be emailed to the member as proof of payment confirmation.

    There are no country restrictions on the website. The offerings on this website are available to clients around the world.

  4. RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY

    Our priority is always our customer's satisfaction. Please, contact our customer services team, and let us know the issues if you are not completely satisfied with the service. We will try our best to rectify the problem. But should we not satisfy you, we will either credit additional time to your membership or refund your membership fee. Refunding your membership fee is subject to the following terms and conditions.

    • When a member's account experiences a technical problem that we cannot solve, we will give a refund.
    • If our website has been experiencing technical problems and has become unavailable for use for an unacceptable period.
    • If the member has not initiated any form of contact on the platform.
    • We may give refunds to members for other different reasons at our discretion. For such refunds, you will write us a detailed explanation of why we must give you a full refund.

    NOTE

    There are no Partial Refunds for whatsoever reason.

  5. CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY.

    Wingle Pty Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of all users. For this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).   6. PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED.

    Payments are via Visa, MasterCard, Diners, or American Express Cards to Wingle (Pty) Ltd bank account.

  7. CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY.

    Card transactions are acquired for Wingle (Pty) Ltd by PayGate (Pty) Ltd, the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption (Secure Socket Layer 3, SSL3). No card details are stored. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

  8. CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS.

    Customer details are stored separately by Wingle (Pty) Ltd from card details entered by clients on DPO PayGate's secure site. For more information on DPO PayGate, refer to www.paygate.co.za

  9. MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY

    The merchant outlet country is South Africa. The transaction currency is the South African Rand (ZAR).

  10. RESPONSIBILITY.

    Wingle (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects of the transaction on this website, including customer service and support, dispute resolution, and service delivery.

  11. COUNTRY OF DOMICILE.

    This website is governed by the laws of South Africa. Wingle (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.   12. VARIATION

    In its sole discretion, Wingle (Pty) Ltd may change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
